This Personal Data Protection & Privacy Statement (“Policy”) describes how we collect and safeguard personal data. Personal data is information about an individual, including identification details, contact details and other information processed in conjunction with Institute of Management Sarawak (MASA).

The Personal Data We Collect

Our website is informational in nature. We do not collect any personal data or personally information when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. You may choose to provide us with information by contacting us, including for subscription to our publications, events, and for career enquiries or applications.

In the course of our services, you may provide personal data to us, as parties involved in our work. However, we may disclose your personal data (within and outside Malaysia) in good faith, (i) to comply with requirements of the government, law enforcement agency, any authorities to whom MASA is subject to or any orders of court; (ii) as is necessary or relevant in relation to any legal process; or (iii) if required or authorised by law.
